Our holiday service programme
to ensure you can safely travel with your insulin pump

In the unlikely event that your pump breaks down whilst travelling within Europe, Medtronic offers 24-hour Product Support on +44 1923 205 167, option 2. Our WeCare team will be available to support you with your device and if required will arrange for a replacement pump to be sent to your holiday destination (see applicable destinations below) , usually within 24 hours.

You may still be able to request a holiday loan pump when travelling within Europe to one of the destinations below if:

• You are pregnant at the time of travel
• You are aged 11 years or younger a the time of travel
• You will be holidaying at a remote or non-fixed location, i.e skiing, on a cruise or hiking

A next day replacement service is only applicable for the following destinations:

24h replacement destinations

Cyprus (Greek part only)

Finland (excl. Islands)

France (excl. Islands)

Greece (excl. Islands)

Italy (excl. Islands)

Spain, incl Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca (excl. Tenerife, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote)

Traveling outside Europe

If you are travelling outside of Europe or to a European territory not featured on the list of destinations bellow, we offer a Holiday Loan Pump service. Please check the below criteria to ensure eligibility before proceeding with an application .

• Your pump is within warranty at departure
• Your departure is more than 4 weeks from now
• You are travelling for less than 8 weeks

Please submit your request via the button below and your pump will be sent out a maximum of 5 working days prior to travel. Delivery will be to an address of your choice – please specify this on the booking form.

We will arrange a collection of the holiday loan pump within 3 working days of your return date. If you require an alternative collection address, please specify this on the booking form.
